Neighborly Love

We are so lucky to have neighbors who are also our really close friends. You could say that we travel (or move) in packs. Last year when we made the decision to sell our house in the old Oak Ridge neighborhood, the Lees followed suit a couple of months later. At about the same time, Jon and Lacey sold their house, too. Within a few months, our 3 families all moved into rental houses on Hembree Street, 3 houses right in a row. While living there, we each had the good fortune of being able to build beautiful new houses on Mt. Mazama Street. Now almost one year later, we are living in those beautiful new homes, still 3 in a row! (We keep our fingers crossed that someday maybe, just maybe, the Gibson Five will join the 'hood, too!)

Anyway, now to the point of this post...Last night we hosted a Neighbors' Christmas Party. Good friends, good food, good fun!

Morgan and Grayson...

Nathan (such a handsome little guy) and Molly...

plus this year's new addition...Brooklynn Lane, 3 months.

Leave it to the dads to think that this would be a good idea...having Molly push sweet Brooklynn in the DOLL stroller! Apparently they missed the big orange 'Warning' sticker that states 'This toy is not intended to hold a child'!!!

The night ended with a Christmas story and gift exchange for the kiddos. Fun! Neighbors, we are thankful for you!

Judy, I love your blog! It is like opening a scrapbook. Thank you for sharing all the recent Ryan adventures, and the Lee's look forward to seeing all your new ones ahead!
